Polymer concrete beds damp vibration better but add cost and lead time versus cast iron; we can help weigh that trade-off against your shop-floor conditions.

Suited to precision tooling components, high-end machinery parts, instrumentation bodies and aerospace-adjacent components from Ø5–300mm and up to 1500mm long, in hardened steel and precision alloys. Tolerance is held at IT4–IT5, wider in scope than the dedicated small-parts precision series but engineered to the same accuracy standard.

Stability Over a Production Run

An automatic thermal compensation routine adjusts for spindle and ambient temperature drift during longer production runs, so the first and hundredth part of a shift stay closer together in size than on a machine without thermal compensation built in.
