The internal and external universal grinder is a simpler, more cost-effective option than our full multi-process universal machines — it covers just internal and external cylindrical grinding, without taper-swivel or surface-grinding attachments, for buyers whose parts are straightforward ID/OD combinations.

A CNC control upgrade is available for buyers who need tighter batch-to-batch repeatability; the standard version covers most bushing and sleeve work with handwheel-controlled infeed.

Workpiece Range

Suited to bushings, sleeves, pulleys and similar parts needing a concentric bore and outside diameter, from Ø10–250mm and up to 800mm between centers, in hardened steel, bronze and cast iron. It does not include a taper-swivel or surface-grinding attachment, keeping the machine simpler than a full universal grinder.

Tolerance & Fit

Standard tolerance is IT6–IT7 with roundness ≤0.003mm on both the bore and outside diameter, grinding both in one setup to control concentricity between them rather than relying on two separate machines and a re-clamping step.
