Intro

The CNC face grinding machine automates end-face thickness and flatness control for high-volume production of bearing rings, washers and similar face-critical parts, replacing manual dial infeed with a programmed, gauge-fed grinding cycle.

A double-disc simultaneous grinding option is available for higher-volume lines where grinding both faces in one pass, rather than flipping the part, is worth the added equipment cost.
