Workpiece Range

Handles motor, pump, gearbox and general machinery shafts from Ø10–300mm and up to 2000mm long, including step-diameter and splined-adjacent sections, in hardened steel or alloy steel. Center-hole reference grinding keeps subsequent operations aligned to the same datum used elsewhere in the process.

Multi-Diameter Handling

Rather than treating each diameter as a separate job, the CNC program indexes along the shaft to grind every diameter and shoulder relief called out on the drawing in sequence, holding IT5–IT6 tolerance and position accuracy between features rather than only within one section.
