Intro

This is our flagship fully CNC-controlled crankshaft grinding machine, built for volume production rather than single-piece or repair work. Main journals and crankpins are ground in one programmed cycle, with the CNC system handling centering, infeed, dressing and sizing so run-to-run results stay consistent across a full production batch.

Core Capability

An in-process gauge feeds diameter data back to the CNC in real time, closing the loop between measurement and infeed so the machine compensates for wheel wear automatically instead of relying on operator adjustment. Program storage lets the line switch between different crankshaft models by calling a saved program rather than resetting dials.
