Intro

The CNC external grinder is built specifically for automated outside-diameter grinding cycles — straight, taper and plunge passes are programmed and repeated without manual dial adjustment, aimed at shops running repeat batches of shafts, rollers or pins rather than one-off parts.

Core Capability

An in-process gauge tracks the external diameter during the cycle and feeds the reading back to the CNC, so infeed is corrected automatically as the wheel wears. This keeps diameter drift between the first and last part of a batch controlled by the program rather than by an operator checking with a micrometer.
