There are many reasons for the vibration of the grinder machine. Here are the three main ones:

Check the ground level first.
If the level of the anchor screw of the machine tool is not adjusted properly, it will cause the resonance of the machine tool. Because sometimes the ground level of the processing site is not very good, we need to adjust the leveling screw to make the machine tool reach an uneven height. First, we need to check whether each screw of the foot is in place in the foot pad. Use a level to check the front and rear, left and right, and tighten the screws.

Check the floor
If the above actions are carried out and the vibration is still not eliminated, we should check whether the ground floor is too empty.

If the ground is terrazzo or paved floor slabs, it is relatively strong. If it is a cement floor, the ground is very virtual and will cause resonance. How to deal with this situation? Go to the rubber hardware store and buy some black rubber pads, the thickness is about 6-10 mm, the size is 10 cm and the size of the foot pad is slightly larger. Loosen the foot screws and put the rubber pad The pads are placed under the horizontal floor pads, which can play a great role in shock absorption.

Check the grinding wheel and flange
If the vibration is still not eliminated after the above actions, we need to check the problem of the grinding wheel of the grinding machine and the fixing flange of the grinding wheel.

The first is the grinding wheel. Due to the uneven quality of the grinding wheel on the market, there are generally two factors that affect the vibration of the grinding wheel:
First, the particle size of the grinding wheel is uneven, and the center of gravity is unstable when it rotates, causing vibration;
The second is that the inner hole is not standard and too large. For example, the diameter of the flange of our grinder is 31.75, and if the grinding wheel is 32, it will jump up and down and cause vibration.

When buying a grinding wheel, be sure to ask about the specifications, and it is recommended to buy a high-quality grinding wheel. Because the poor grinding wheel affects the processing effect; it is easy to crack and explode during the grinding process; the poor balance effect will seriously affect the life of the grinding machine spindle.
